knife sharpeningHaving problems keeping your kitchen knives sharp? We can help! Your steel knives will be carefully ground on a water wheel (no danger of losing temper due to overheating) and honed on a leather strop. Unless a specific angle is requested all western knives will be sharpened to ~20° and all Asian knives will be sharpened to ~16°.

Dull ceramic knives? We also sharpen those!

Standard turnaround time is 48 hours. Prices are at the discretion of the sharpener and are determined at the time of sharpening.

Basic sharpening up to an 8” blade $3.50
Per inch above 8” $0.50

Tip repair (if chip is larger than 1/16”) $2.50

Edge repair, minor $2.00

Edge repair, major (per chip larger than 1/16”) $3.00

Serrated edges up to 8” $5.00
Per inch above 8” $0.50
