Knife Sharpening
Having problems keeping your kitchen knives sharp? We can help! Your steel knives will be carefully ground on a water wheel (no danger of losing temper due to overheating) and honed on a leather strop. Unless a specific angle is requested all western knives will be sharpened to ~20° and all Asian knives will be sharpened to ~16°.
Dull ceramic knives? We also sharpen those!
Standard turnaround time is 48 hours. Prices are at the discretion of the sharpener and are determined at the time of sharpening.
